It has Tier 8 levels of concealment, Tier 7 gun reload, Tier 9/10 torpedo reload built in without commander skills as is. So unless something changes dramatically with the upcoming Tier 6 Premium Ship T-61, I see this being an absolute super ship more than capable of handling a Tier 8 uptier.
